iKnowHanzi – Chinese Character Learning Game app for iPhone and iPad

IQChinese now offers a fun new game option for students of Chinese!

iKnowHanzi takes card games to the next level by allowing students to use their iPhone/iPad/iPod to learn characters as they play.

How it works: As students play the IQChinese Go word game card, if they come across an unfamiliar character, they can scan the QR code on the card with the iKnowHanzi app. This QR code will then take them to further information about that character including the Hanyu Pinyin, English translation, radical, related words and more. Students also have the ability to record their own voice speaking the word!

Practice makes perfect, so iKnowHanzi allows users to review the vocabulary words by taking a listening test. Then they can check their practice history to see the percentage they were able to correctly identify the word. Students can select words to practice again or print word game card from their download history. Students also have the ability to share their new words with others via Facebook and Twitter.

iKnowHanzi is highly customizable. The settings menu allows users to:
•Switch between Simplified and Traditional Characters
•Change the Display Mode for the Listening Practice
